If you ever consider to do business with this company, be aware!!! These rude people are passionate liars. If you're a customer and you want to be treated like a piece of trash and face legal troubles this is the right place to go. This company works by breaking local construction laws, cheating their subcontractors, and verbally abusing homeowners. My advise: do your homework, check the references (!), and read carefully your contract including all the small print. more

Very obnoxious. Unprofessional and bold face liar. Just making everything up as he goes. Takes forever to do a job. Now's operates in middle TN. This was his old failed Buisness i guess more

Rude and a Lier 7/27/2014

Mr Waine Hicks himself called me up to clean his home in Spring Hill Tn. I'm a working mother of 2 and own a small cleaning business. I cleaned a 3,200sqf home of his and it took me 7 hrs. He kept calling me every hr to see how it was going. I finished on a Friday and he said he would give me a call monday to arrange a pickup time for the check. I've been trying to get a hold of him for the end of june 2014. It's been a month and he still want return my messages. DON'T EVER do business with him. You'll never get your money. Scumbag! more

Just do your homework, ask for several recent GOOD references...THEY DO NOT EXIST. We found out way TOO LATE. more
