This company overcharged me every bill for the entire season. I called each time, was told it wouldn't happened again, then they would do it again. The salesman didn't have a clue. I needed to have a new furnace and he tried to convince me into one that was too large for my space, and whenever I asked questions, he would give me totally bizarre answers. I ended up going with another company and was contacted by this company twice after that trying to keep my business and was treated totally unprofessionally when I told them I was going to go with someone else. more

Avoid this company! 8/10/2010

I cancelled the service after being overcharged on EVERY bill for roughly seven months. I had to call to complain every time I received a bill, and each time I was told that the problem would be fixed, but it never was. Their technician also told me the service included a free cleaning, but they later charged me for the cleaning, as well as other services I never received or wanted. They also charge a lot more for their oil, and their claim is that their oil is better than their competitors, but they were unable to provide any proof whatsoever for this claim. more

Do not recommend 7/30/2010

We have been mistreated by this company 2 times in 10 years. Should have learned our lesson. First incident, they filled our tank partially at a low price, then returned a few days later when the price was higher to fill the rest. Second incident, we were sent a $140 bill for a rental fee for the gas tank. Our agreement was 200 gallons/year=no fee, but the company changed their policy without notification. Third incident, won't happen. Moving on to a company that doesn't rip their customers off. Cons: Where do I start? more

This company has service technicians that know what they are doing and are good at solving your heating problems. The service technicians are clean and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful. PROS: knowledgeable techinicians CONS: none more
