Cubbies 5/27/2006

Don't worry if you can't be at home to catch the Cub game, because there is WGN radio. I love the announcer that they have for the games on this station. He has the ultimate in radio personality voices with that old buttery tone. Listening to the Cubbies play on this station is nice, because they don't linger on the commercials and just cut straight to the game. more

WGN 4/27/2006

This station broadcasts Cub's games and has some OK talk shows and news/weather reports. These days a fun talk show to listen to is the long running Nick and Garry show. They move their slots around sometimes so I have not listened as much as I would like to lately. Alot of folks loved Wally Phillips when he was on the air for years here also. I think they have too many comercials and some of their shows are kinda hokey. more
