You get hired by a company that does not have certain policies implemented in there revised handbooks. Management makes the rules in each case. Several things that happen on this job does not warrant not being able to work for this company. You meet all the requirements they stipulate and you never get answers to questions that are relevant to your circumstances. When you qualify for certain benefits, you get something else. Terrible when you talk to chain of command, as they have reported and still n resolution. How can a black woman get a $.25 raise and it is not even a raise, it is a retro check and a white male get a $1.00 raise in a timely manner and they both have worked together in the same environment and doing the very same job. If Doug Dawson does not like for the employees that work there to call his boss, he should learn more communication skills with employees because I for one knows that he is a person that can be very mean in my case. There are so many other negative situations I could talk about in an open forum and not to him
