Great Service 2/14/2011

I had very good luck with the sales people and the parts people at this store. They are very helpful and knowledgeable of the parts that the sale. I purchased a lot of parts. They can find them for several different tractors. I also bought a log splitter the salesman was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. I have used them for service on some things. The pick up and delivery for 75.00 not to bad considering they come out get it, take it to the store, fix it, then bring it back out to me. That is like 4 trips for the delivery guy. Not bad for the price of gas these days. Thumbs up. more

Beware of rip off on labor and price for parts 7/12/2010

I had my tractor ""serviced"" at Crytzer.They charged me 75.00 to pick it up on a flat bed,I only live 2 miles from the store.They had it 2 weeks before they even looked at it.Quoted 7-800$ to fix it.Said price of part was 300 the rest labor.Contacted manufactor part was 125.00.I declined.So decided to have it ""serviced""( have copy of bill if anyone wants to see it)They added a quart of oil,one spark plug,oil,air and fuel filter and put air in tires.totall bill came to 244.66.....I drive a cadillac,had brakes and inspection done with labor it came to 175.00. Needless to say this company is a rip off from start to finish.Beware!!! Cons: Everything from first dealing more
