Terrific service 7/13/2017

We are very pleased with the service Terry H performed on July 12. The response was quick. He called to confirm before he arrived. He was very efficient and professional. Ours is an old system that should be replaced, but he was able to get it working again. Hopefully, it will hold on a couple more months. Voss has always provided reliable, efficient service for us over the years. Thank you more

Terry from Voss Heating and AC was very friendly and was kind to my dog as well. He checked my HVAC system and replaced a needed part as well as installed a new thermostat. He worked thoroughly and efficiently. more

Heat pump 5/8/2017

Terry showed up at at exact time of appointment. He was friendly and listened as I told him the problem that I was having. He promptly went to work and diagnosed the problem. He replaced the needed parts and and tested the unit. I highly recommend Terry and Voss Heating & Air Conditioning. more

OUTSIDE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT HAD FAILED. THE COMPANY GOT IT UP AND RUNNING IN A FEW MINUTES. AND RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT OF THE UNIT. UNIT REPLACED AND FUNCTIONING AFTER A FEW DAYS. more

Air Conditioner Repair 5/26/2016

Bob did the initial inspection and ordered the part needed, Tara communicated with me to schedule a time to have the part installed and cost for everything involved to get the unit fixed. Terry installed the part in less than a hour and had the air conditioning unit up and running. Everyone involved did an outstanding job. more

Excellent Service & Wonderful People 4/21/2016

I've been using Voss for my heating & air conditioner service since the summer of 2009. I've never been anything, but completely satisfied. Bob is exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely kind. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing and gives honest assessments about the potential for replacements and repairs. Every time I call into Voss, Tara is nothing but pleasant and helpful. I simply can't imagine working with another company for my heating and air conditioning needs! more
