Unbelievable. These guys were rude to me and to my wife. They were late, unorganized, slow, and just downright mean. Not to mention how much they charged us! Moving from one home to another is stressful enough - do yourself a favor and stay away from VonSydow... Absolutely Horrible. Cons: over priced, retched service more

I agree with the bad reviews-they overcharged me, broke things and wouldn't fix them. We bought the insurance too but it didn't make any difference. Brad was insulting and rude. Nobody knows what they're doing there. more

First, the guys showed up late, but charged me starting at the time they said they would get there. They took forever to move stuff that was all already packed and ready to go-they charge hourly. Then they said they got lost on the way to my place even with directions and my cell number-still charged me the extra time. They broke and damaged some stuff and they don't want to pay for anything. Anyone that I talked to over there was an idiot. more

We used this company because we could not find poor reviews, so now I am writing one so people know what they are in for. The movers took hourly smoke breaks, one was older than my father, and they admitted to forcing furniture into the truck to make it fit. We paid the night of the move and told the driver about all of the severe damage to our furniture and were told to file a claim. We did and we got a letter stating we had to pay more before they could work on the claim because they made a mistake in billing-twice. We bought the extra insurance and believed we would be reimbursed according, so we paid the extra money. The repairman brought over Minwax to fix gauges in wood, which is still coming off to this day. It took two months for him to "fix" things because someone else was always more important, then he would spend 30 minutes here and leave. When he "fixed" what he could, we were told we would be getting a check for what he couldn't fix, and he picked an arbitrary number barely even more than the insurance cost, and much less than the extra money we had to pay. The owner was rude, laughed at me, and told us to take him to court and see what happens. Absolutely everyone was unprofessional, lied to us, and they did not honor the insurance and now we live with all our damaged furniture . DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE!
