They came to my home and estimated my move to cost $1,600. Upon arriving with my stuff at my new apartment they now wanted $2,110.00, a 32.25% error in estimation. I called the office the next morning to complain and they said someone would call me back. They never have.
Bottom line...they underestimate your move to get you to sign up, then hike the price nearly double, and hold your furniture hostage until you sign the credit card slip.
Very dishonest company. I recommend you NOT use them unless you want to get sucked like I did.
