We love VW on Inver Grove and Mary Jo!! Came from Georgia to get our EOS! 1/28/2012

We had a wonderful experience with VW at Inver Grove. We found our Red slightly used VW EOS on line and were lucky enough to get to know Mary Jo MaGill. She was so helpful and honest and thorough - She made car buying (an experience we usually dread) - a wonderful one. She made sure she explained each feature of the car to us in great detail and took so much time. Because this was the best price we could find in he US, we flew up from Georgia to buy the car! (we work for an airline...) Mary Jo offered to pick us up at the MSP airport and walked us through the entire process. Thanks to Mary Jo and all the wonderful people at Inver Grove. you ROCK! Outstanding Experience 1/4/2012

Just bought a 2012 VW Beetle working with Mary Jo Magill at VW of Inver Grove - WOW - great experience from start to finish. This is my 4th VW but my 1st from Inver Grove and I will definitely be back. Great customer service - great respect for your time - not a lot of dilly-dallying. Great Experience 12/28/2011

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience of purchasing car from VW Inver Grove. My sales person, Mike Barcalow, was extremely personable and worked closely with me to ensure I got what I wanted and spent what I wanted. The entire staff was extremely patient with me through the whole process. I still go back for service work, and the service department is just great, too. They work hard to ensure everything is done right and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership and Mike. more

Worked with MaryJo Magill at Volkswagen of Inver Grove to buy a new Jetta TDI. From the moment we emailed her to the time we drove the car out of the showroom, she was friendly, personable and willing to work with us on what we were looking for. Great car buying experience and follow-up after buying the car!!! We will continue to recommend MaryJo and Volkswagen of Inver Grove!!! (Note: We always hated the car buying process. Every dealer seemed the same: haggling, high pressure, etc....WE NEVER FELT HAGGLED OR PRESSURED FROM MARYJO)! more

I couldn't ask for more from my experience with Volkswagen of Inver Grove. The facility was in great shape, I was greeted right away when I arrived, my buying process went smoothly, and most importantly I was not pressured into my decision. My salesman's name was Nick, and he was just the right amount of help without being overbearing. I have been, and will continue to refer people to this dealership. more

IGH VW 9/20/2011

Was in the market for a new car to replace our 2002 Saturn L300. Wanted a VW Jetta TDI. Mary Joe sold us the Saturn and the dealership always took care of us some times without an appointment....Decided why change dealerships? Made contact with Mary Jo, test drove a Jetta TDI which was an awesome car. Sadly they didn't have one in Candy White in stock but found one for us. We drove it to Des Moines for a wedding reception and am very satisfied with both the car and IGH VW. more

amazing dealership 9/19/2011

I just had another great experience at Volkswagen of Inver Grove. The whole process of buying a vehicle new or used is amazing. The wonderful sales staff helped me make the best educated decision on my car. I was able to get a lower rate than I expected when I financed with Volkswagen of Inver Grove instead of my credit union. They helped me pick out a warranty that covered my car to 100,000 miles! I was walked back to service to meet the service department and to set up my first appointment just to make sure everything was going well! I just love it here at Volkswagen of Inver Grove. :) more

Great for buying new or used 9/23/2005

This place is a great place to buy a car. We had just bought a used car here, and I have to say that it was some pretty good service. They also offer warranties on most of their used vehichles even if its not a saturn. These warranties are free and are part of their inspection process which they do. The prices were fairly good as well. more
