BUYER BEWARE. You're dealing with a dishonorable business! I will not even consider any of their dealerships again. I bought a used car from City Volkswagen. My salesman was a personable guy; but, made promises and didn't follow through with them. Made requests by phone, email, and in person to have my 2nd key cut. If your salesman makes a promise and puts it in writing, honor it! Poor coordination between the departments. Porters took an hour to pull up a car for test drive. Repeated logistics issues. Lousy experience followed by lack of follow through. I paid $325 to have a second key cut and they refuse to honor their commitment to reimburse me, return my calls, emails, or entertain me in person. They should be reported to the better business bureau! more
