My fiance and I bought an engagement ring from them. Excited to be engaged 8 months later a prong fell off so we take it in for fixing at a chain store at the mall to find out that they will not work on it because its a diamond with a fracture fill. If you don't know what that is, here goes: the diamond was cracked so in order to fix it, they drill a hole in it, they fill it with glass so that you can't tell. None of this information was disclosed to me. I am going in to the store so that they can tell me how they will remedy my broken heart... more

Volk's Jewelry 3/26/2006

Going to Volk’s always brings about mixed feelings because I know they have great jewelry but I’m always wondering if it’s jewelry that “fell off the back of a truck”. To me, Volk’s is too perfect, high quality jewelry, great prices and a friendly sales staff? I would definitely suggest buying something nice from Volk’s (diamond tennis bracelet) but don’t get surprised if the police come knocking on your door about stolen jewelry. more

This store has some solid, fine jewerly pieces that make perfect accessories. I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding in October, so I had to find a necklace that would match my dress. I brought in a photo of my dress, and they found a gorgeous, sparkly necklace that goes perfectly with the dress. They have a wide selection and use quality materials and jewels/gems. They have a beautiful selection, and their willingness to help you find the right jewerly exceeds any other jewerly store I've been to. more
