Unprofessional, unethical, incompetent, immoral, lazy, self righteous, self serving, self promoting, greedy jerks. They always remember to cash their checks, but they never remember to work, return calls/emails, follow up. Pamela and Eric Voit know how to promote themselves as good volunteers, but its all a self promoting scam to rip people off. more

Unprofessional is putting it mildly. Our POA switched over to this company to save money, and well you get what you pay for. They don't return emails or phone calls. When they do send a letter out, it reads as if a 3rd grader wrote it. I think they are way in over their heads taking on another POA. Beware. more

They are out and out liars and thieves.The employees of Voit should be working at the DMV. They are just as incompetant, lazy and rude. Shady Business Practices--Avoid This Group!! 9/7/2010

Fines are assessed at random intervals, for random ""violations"" that are levied against homeowners (or tenants) by a secretive and allusive group. Fines are excessive (in excess of hundreds of dollars per) and are nearly impossible to refute. They hide behind a monstrous HOA agreement and line their pockets with these absurd practices and fines. more
