I am sorry that some clients have not been happy with us. Our main goal is to please everyone that walks into our salon & spa, but it is unfortunate that we are unable to please every single client. For this we apologize. We strive to provide each client with the best service possible at a reasonable price. Each client is individual and requires personal and individual services that is unique to them.
Our price structure varies from client to client depending sometimes on difficulty, duration, and type of service. There are many variables in this. When the clients service is done, she/he comes to the front desk with their ticket which is listed ( by the service provider) what type of service was given as well as the price for that service.
We sincerely hope that if someone is not happy with their service or feel that they have been slighted, that they would approach us so that we could try to rectify the problem.
