I've tried this place a bunch of times and it's a shame that it's such a turn off. The lighting is terrible and the clothing is packed on the racks. They take dated, boring clot...

FANTASTIC CONSIGNMENT SHOP 12/16/2010

i am a long time consignment shopper..i stumbled upon and fell in love with vogue a couple of years ago. the staff is nothing but pleasant and they make consigning your items a breeze. they are one of the few shops in the area that dont require an appointment and they have a higher quality of clothing. there is so much to choose from, the racks are almost bursting with great finds. after reading over some of the previous reviews i am astonished over the negative experiances. i have been a shopper and consigner with them for quite some time and have had nothing but pleasant shopping. The sales women are always helping me pick out different outfits and whenever i come to pick up whatever consignment hasnt sold its always there and is neatly hung for me to pick up. i love that they are so protective over all of the items in the store, treating them as if they were their own consignment. i have had ordeals with other consignment shops where things have been either stolen or are simply missing and i have no been compensated for my things, its refreshing to deal with a business that is so serious about what they do. i would absolutely recomend this shop to any person that loves to find a awesome selection of clothing, shoes, etc for a great steal! more

worth the work 10/4/2010

i have shopped this store for 10 years. sure, it's crowded, but that is part of the hunt. $10 Lulu Guinnes purse, $20 Talbots wool double faced jacket. french shoes! keep going back, the prices go down quickly. i love the ladies in this store. more

Avoid if Possible 9/29/2010

Good: location, selection. Bad: Clothes jammed on the racks, Overpriced items, Too much clutter, Remove items that have no hope of selling, i.e.,makeup,body lotion,1/2 bottles perfume. Improvements: More reasonable prices for items. Other: Stay away from the mother of the owner. She is a bigot. I don't appreciate being followed while I shop and witness other customers being wrongfully accused of shoplifting.. more

The best consignment shop 1/11/2010

I don't know what happened with the other women but my experience was great they took all my clothes and they sold everything but one item I was so pleased and the staff was very pleasant to me everytime I've called and came in the store besides all my clothes selling I've bought so many high quality items with the money I've made I'm so very pleased I highly recommend this shop to everyone more

Horrible Experience 10/15/2009

I went in with some items to consign. The manager spent 30 seconds looking at the 20 items I brought in, throwing them around and leaving them in a heap on the counter and then said "Thanks for bringing them in but we can't take any of them", all the while never making eye contact with me since I walked in the door. I asked if there was even one item that could be consigned and she said "Maybe, but most of them aren't good enough" and explained that she would not be taking any of them even if there were a few good items in there because there weren't enough good ones. I asked if she could point out which ones were good enough so I would know for future reference. She said "no". One of the customers there, who saw the the whole thing saw the look on my face and said "She was a little rude, wasn't she? Just go somewhere else." I gathered my clothes and put them all neatly back on the hangers, which took awhile. She didn't speak to me or make eye contact with me the whole time. I asked if she was the person I had talked to on the phone when I called just before coming and she said, "I could've been." I said, "Whoever I spoke with was actually nice." (In other words, you are NOT, lady.) I picked this store because I read all the reviews I could find from consignors who had done business with consignment shops in the area. Vogue Revisited had no reviews. The only other reviews written by consignors were bad ones, so I picked one with none. It has one now. more

upscale consignment shop 12/19/2005

What a great find! This consignment store makes a point of taking well made, sometimes designer clothes. Sure, the prices are a little higher, but you'll get good quality stuff here. You may pay $15 for a button down shirt, but it'll be a $100 banana republic shirt that is in perfect condition. They don't take just anything, so if you want to consign here, be prepared that the store may not take everything you bring in. The items are priced on a graduated time schedule, so the longer an item is in the store, the cheaper it gets. more
