I went in with some items to consign. The manager spent 30 seconds looking at the 20 items I brought in, throwing them around and leaving them in a heap on the counter and then said "Thanks for bringing them in but we can't take any of them", all the while never making eye contact with me since I walked in the door. I asked if there was even one item that could be consigned and she said "Maybe, but most of them aren't good enough" and explained that she would not be taking any of them even if there were a few good items in there because there weren't enough good ones. I asked if she could point out which ones were good enough so I would know for future reference. She said "no". One of the customers there, who saw the the whole thing saw the look on my face and said "She was a little rude, wasn't she? Just go somewhere else." I gathered my clothes and put them all neatly back on the hangers, which took awhile. She didn't speak to me or make eye contact with me the whole time. I asked if she was the person I had talked to on the phone when I called just before coming and she said, "I could've been." I said, "Whoever I spoke with was actually nice." (In other words, you are NOT, lady.) I picked this store because I read all the reviews I could find from consignors who had done business with consignment shops in the area. Vogue Revisited had no reviews. The only other reviews written by consignors were bad ones, so I picked one with none. It has one now.
