Amanda is wonderful. Ive never had anything done to my hair professionally and she was very patient with me. I have very long hair, and any time I have gone to a salon, they have always wanted to dig out the scissors and go after it, no matter what I have said. That is why I always leave. I dont want to lose length, but a good shaping was in order. She worked with me on this, helped me imagine the highlights that we would do and explained the differences between processing and the results of each. I have naturally very dark hair and have no desire to have it fried to change the color. So highlights can be a pain, but her process was easy to sit through, she mixed the color perfectly to my odd food based explanation and made my hair come alive. When I went to her to have my hair styled for a formal event, I showed up with a half baked idea and two hair clips. She turned it into something beautiful that captured what I wanted perfectly. She is amazing, and sooooo affordable!
