Wow! 6/25/2010

Making the appointment on the phone was a breeze, super convenient scheduling process. The technician arrived right on time, we walked through the house and he listed all my options and definitely didn't try to push me to pay for something I didn't need. After everything was said and done, my house was totally different than it was before! The whole house smelled fresh and clean, and the house was a lot brighter than before the cleaning! All in all, it was a great, professional experience. From now on, Vivid Cleaning Services will be the ONLY service I use to clean my carpets. more

total waste of time 11/20/2005

Vivid Cleaning Services was not able to get out most of the stains on my carpet. They kept trying to push extra maintenance like Sanitizing and Color Brighteners. After they left my home, my carpet looked as if it had been washed by some home carpet wash instead of by professionals. they also had a lot of hidden charges over their estimate. Stick with Stanley Steamer if you want a job done right. more

Vivid Cleaning Services 8/19/2005

After a while, our carpets became pretty dirty. With people not taking off their shoes and walking on the carpeting, the carpets began to look old and aged. They didn’t seem that dirty, but didn’t have the same color as they used to. The carpets looked very dull and unappealing. We decided to call Vivid Carpet Cleaning and they came and did a good job on the carpets. They cleaned all our carpeting very fast and finished the job quickly. They cleaned everything properly and our carpets looked good after they had cleaned them. more
