I get vitamin shots here. I always make a joke with the staff that I have this one line across the bridge of my nose but I also make a joke that I have never put anything in my face and I don't want to be the old lady with the face that doesn't move. Well I'm 54, but I look unusually young I have a hereditary skin condition where it self exfoliates..lke shedding snake LOL every few days and I have very young looking skin except for this line across the bridge of my nose everyone tells me it's ridiculous and that nobody even noticed it. Well I went to ask about it being filled with Belotero which is supposed to be a light filler. A nurse was supposed to do it if I decided to go ahead and do it even though I've never done anything like that and was super nervous. she made it sound like it was no big deal and that it takes less than 10 minutes, but then again this was after she let out a big sign and said, "oh this is only for a consultation", with a heavy accent that sounded irritated that it was only for a consultation, but she made it sound so easy so I was like okay go ahead and do this. She gives me this round ice ball that looks like the white ball at a pool table for maybe 60 seconds. She doesn't give me any lidocaine. She actually begins to do it then tells me it's $600 for the whole box and then I might as well use it up everywhere . I did say I'm I supposed to sign something first and then she realizes that I don't have a consent or any paperwork I was brought back to the room with no information no paperwork nothing. So then she goes and gets it and I'm reading it and all of a sudden I go, "It can cause blindness" and she starts continuing to poke me in the nose and then in the forehead but like a nurse who can't find your vein when she's trying to start up an IV and she's poking and poking and moving it around and I say I didn't sign this yet then she stops and gives me pen she cause swelling , embolisms bruises and pain and the two lines never filled. she missed the mark and they wont refund my 600$$
