WARNING WARNING WARNING THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!! This shop has been one of the worse experiences my family and I have ever been put through. On a road trip to Pa with my 3 children the belt on our car broke. My insurance company called this unprofessional shop to tow my car to the nearest mechanic. With it being a Friday and late we agreed to let them tow it 20+ miles to their shop (more money for them). They called us the next day and said they can fix the problem. When we arrived to pick up our car "GINO" had said the wrong belt was sent over and they need a few more hours. We came back a few hours later and now "GINO" said the car won't start. They took our car working and gave it back to us with a burnt starter. They couldn't get it out of THEIR shop so they wanted to charge another $200 to use their tow truck to get it out !!!! This is not including the $450 they took for the initial repair of the belts and tow (again which they burnt the starter in the process). We tried reasoning with this filthy cold hearted man. We had children who just wanted to be home and he had no empathy. He straight out lied in our faces and to the cops. This shop is dishonest, only thing they care about is making money..They do not deserve to stay in business. For anyone thinking of using this shop I would RUN FAST and away from these filthy thieves!!! more

DO NOT SUPPORT THESE THIEVES !!!! I had my inspection done during my search for a legitimate inspection station, Total: 63.50 they failed me for front brakes and told me they would only charge me another $30 if I got them fixed and returned to complete the inspection. I am ASE certified and I work on my car myself, I took the brakes off and noticed they were still decent, I tried to return them to Advanced Auto since I have a lifetime warranty, they told me that there was still enough pad left and that they could not replace them with that much time left on them. So now what? those jerks screwed me and are trying to basically rob me of another 30 bucks, I went to another place because I really couldn't stand looking at that guys greasy face again, or handing him any more cash, especially since now I knew he was a thief. Fancy that, a grubby sticky hand right on WYOMING Ave, what a crock! I hope you guys go down, that's some real stank Karma you created, you owe me 30 bucks, I suggest you buy a shower. more

Basically charged my wife $400 to change a battery. Although that includes the $60 to tow the car 2 miles. I guess that's why the place wasn't too busy. Let's see...they managed to write all sorts of things on the bill that made it look like it took them more than 15 minutes, but lets be blunt and call a spade a spade, the car wouldn't start because of the battery. Change it and be fair about it. In short, avoid at all costs. more
