I highly recommend Vita and her services for hair care. I am a mid thirties career professional, a mother and a wife. I have experienced hair shedding and thinning sides from wearing color for 3 years (from my previous stylist, not Vita). Vita listened to my concerns for adding inconspicuous extension pieces to blend in with my hair while it grows back; I did not want my co workers, or family to notice the pieces. Vita knew just what to do and she did an AMAZING job with my hair. I am also transitioning from relaxers to natural hair; Vita applied a deep treatment, a light oil and worked a miracle on my hair with a flat iron. She is very patient and she worked with my hair until it flowed flawlessly. What I loved most; her professionalism. She is conservative in her speech and actions; she is very classy, yet down to earth. She made me feel very comfortable as a first time client. She doesn’t keep clients waiting and I was in and out in 90 minutes; I had a wash, deep conditioning, blow dry, extensions sewn in on the sides only and my hair was flat ironed. I am so lucky that I was able to book with Vita. I went to Vita’s for a consultation and pondered weather to go to her or someone else I had consulted with at the time. Vita told me she has 16 years experience, which was hard to believe, because she looks so youthful! But her years of experience showed with all of the loyal clients I saw happily leaving her salon suite. However, I waited too long too book an appointment, and she was booked up!! I was told by her assistant that I would be placed on a waiting list, and be contacted once she had an opening. I got a call from Vita personally and she confirmed that I could be seen the day before my requested date, and I booked with her. Once I arrived she was so personable, and the other clients hair that I saw her doing looked so real, I thought it was all their real hair! I began coming to Vita’s Hair Studio a month ago ashamed that my hair had started shedding extremely often. Vita did a superb job at helping me choose the lace wig that was right for me. I was a little nervous at first with the hair being so long that it would tangle. But the quality of the hair is top notch and no one knows that I am wearing a wig at all. I am able to pull it back into ponytails and even up high and no one knows it’s not my hair. Vita does a fabolous service with hair weaves. I have 22 inches of hair added to my hair and it has not tangled not once! My hair still looks great after 2 weeks, and I will be back soon for a shampoo and style. more

It was really nice seeing the top piece on my head, as it was a very natural fit to my own hair. Without a doubt Vita’s Hair Studio is the best private salon in the Maryland area and it is also provided me an effective escape from everyday stress. Horrible!! very dated hair styles. The hair she uses is not even natural looking...$600 dollars for something you can get done for $50. Nothing special at all...very dissapointing. Go to vita if you want to look oldskool and be overcharge more

Let me make something very clear to everyone. I love my hair. I love my hair especially because I am a Cancer survivor and I had no hair at one time. I’ve been going to Vita for a few months now, and I can truly say that the best weave I’ve ever had was done by Vita. I’ve tried 2 different types of her hair weaving methods, and both of them look and feel very natural. I love the hair she uses, it never tangles and it looks very real. Vita’s work speaks for itself, and although she seems to have a very large clientele, I’ve never had to wait, wether it was for a weave or just a wash and style of my weave.
