Worst

Horrible!! very dated hair styles. The hair she uses is not even natural looking...$600 dollars for something you can get done for $50. Nothing special at all...very dissapointing...

I decided to start 2013 with a new look. My hair had always been short, for the past five years. My boyfriend help convince me to get hair extensions, and since he was picking up the tab, I figured it would be worth a chance. I found Vita's Hair Studio after some serious research. They seemed to be the most qualified. When you arrive, you actually seem amazed walking in the salon. It is stunning, and you're there with other women doing hair extensions. They give an amazing free consult, much better than I had at one other hair salon in the city.The extensions came out better than I could of imagined. I looked like a totally different girl. I forgot how great I looked with long hair. It has been such a long time. Many thanks to the staff, you did a great job on my hair. more

I came to Vita’s Salon on 6/17/11 as a walk-in I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours I was really pleased with your professionalism your mannerisms and special attention to my time in your studio. I was pleasantly surprised and I intend to return in the near future. Thank you. more

Vita did a great job on my hair weave 8/2/2011

I consulted with Vita seeking an extremely natural hair extension that I could swim, workout, etc. with and she didn’t disappoint. I was traveling to the Bahamas and didn’t want to want to cut corners with buying cheap hair, or a cheap product that would tangle and be a mess. Vita did a great job on my hair weave and gave me beautiful hair that I can wear wavy and also straighten out without hassle. I will be a long time loyal client of Vita’s for years to come. more

fabulous lace wig 7/28/2011

Having a fabulous lace wig with an Invisible Hairline is something new for me. But its so natural and stunning that it is hard to find it that it is not my hair. Vita is such a professional, she took the time to initially consult with me and address every one of my needs. My hair underneath my hair unit will continue to grow and be healthy while the grafted hair addition remains securely attached to my scalp. My hair unit lies completely flat making it very comfortable to wear and sleep. My hair unit took 30 minutes to complete, and that was a wonderful experience with Vita… excellent job Vita…!!! more

I ordered a custom lace wig from Vita, and it fits perfectly! I had exhausted most of the salons in the area claiming that they were the best at lace wigs, only to be left with an awful lace wig that went bald in 2 months, tangled badly, the hair was too straight and shiny, and the hairline was way too thick, and you could tell it was a wig from across the street. I should’ve came to Vita years ago and saved literally tens of thousands of dollars. I have purchased several custom lace pieces from Vita and the all look so real just like my own hair, and I get compliments all the time. Now I can step out with huge confidence. more

Vita saved me, and I am grateful to her. 5/17/2011

Let me make something very clear to everyone. I love my hair. I love my hair especially because I am a Cancer survivor and I had no hair at one time. I used Lace Wigs from Vita’s Hair Studio for a year until my hair grew back. Then I did Great Lengths Hair Extensions, which I am still using today. Vita saved me, and I am grateful to her. Thank you so much for making me feel and look beautiful. I love my hair, you did a great job and your service is impeccable. I am glad I found you on craigslist, took the risk, trusted you with my hair because you gave me a beautiful weave like I have never had before. Its amazing how you take your time, especially with the cornrows so that they don't feel bumpy. The advice you gave me from the consultation to how to take care of my weave just goes to show how knowledgeable and experienced you are in what you do. Thank you for the best weave more

My hair had been thinning for some time and I didn't know what to do or what was causing it. Vita found that the problem was incorrect hair weaving from other stylists. Vita was able to give me a solution that fit my specific need. Vita treats you like an individual. She makes you feel so beautiful too. more

I am so pleased 4/5/2011

My experiences at Vita's Hair Studio have been nothing short of terrific. I hardly wait when arriving for my appointment and that is a biggie to me. I am pleased especially since the last hairdresser I went to would have me waiting on her (sometimes hours) to arrive to the salon in the mornings and then when I would have appointments in the evening there would be so many people waiting on her it would still take hours to do something simple in my hair like roller wrap or something like that. But with Vita I am taken care of quick. She is reasonably priced and I am always pleased with the results of my hair. Right now I have infusions in my hair and mind you my hair is thick. It only took her about 4 hours to install all the hair. My hair looks like it is all mine and people comment all the time on it because they think that I grew it out of my scalp. I am so pleased with the work that is done on my hair and I feel comfortable coming back time and time again to Vitas. more

I got a referral to Vita’s Hair Studio from someone I work with 3/25/2011

I had been losing my hair from chemicals and didn’t know what to do. I got a referral to Vita’s Hair Studio from someone I work with that gets her hair weave done with Vita. Her hair always looks good, so I knew I’d be in good hands. Once I met with Vita during my initial consultation, I felt so much better about myself and that she could help me. Vita has been treating my hair to get it back healthy and it has completely gotten back to the way it used to be. She is always professional, she has always been on time, and even though my hair is back healthy again, I don’t think I’m going to stop getting my weaves done with her. The way that she weaves my hair makes it so low maintenance that I don’t ever have to worry myself with it. Vita provided me with the best, most personable, and genuine experience in a hair salon. And I love the boutique feel of it, that’s a plus in my book!!! more

I knew I’d made the right decision 3/24/2011

I am so lucky that I was able to book with Vita. I went to Vita’s for a consultation and pondered weather to go to her or someone else I had consulted with at the time. Vita told me she has 16 years experience, which was hard to believe, because she looks so youthful! But her years of experience showed with all of the loyal clients I saw happily leaving her salon suite. However, I waited too long too book an appointment, and she was booked up!! I was told by her assistant that I would be placed on a waiting list, and be contacted once she had an opening. I got a call from Vita personally and she confirmed that I could be seen the day before my requested date, and I booked with her. Once I arrived she was so personable, and the other clients hair that I saw her doing looked so real, I thought it was all their real hair! Needless to say when I left there, I knew I’d made the right decision. My hair weave is 16 inches and it NEVER tangles, the hair texture is a dead on match, and the highlights I asked for accentuates my flawless layered hair cut. Vita is the best at what she does. more

I found that my hair was gaining length fast, strong 3/22/2011

I began coming to Vita’s Hair Studio a month ago ashamed that my hair had started shedding extremely often. In fear that my hair texture was also changing and that there was no way in the world that I could ever get the texture,natural sheen, luster and strength that I knew that my hair had had for so many years, I came to her expecting to just get my hair washed and a weave. Her customer service was top notch, she was extremely friendly, and as I saw her work on other customers I noticed that she took the highest pride in her work and genuinely enjoyed her job. She worked with my hair to rehabilitate it. Within less then a month, and even without the weave being added yet, I found that my hair was gaining length fast, strong and had it’s luster back. more

I have been wearing Vita’s Hair Extensions 3/17/2011

I have been wearing Vita’s Hair Extensions for over 10 years and I must say you have the best quality hair that’s on the market and trust me I have tried several hair extensions from other hair salons. Your Indian Remy Straight hair with a slight wave is phenomenal. Once I get my sewn in, I curl it with a 1 inch barrel iron and I don’t have to curl my hair for the next 4 to 5 days. I have never experienced this wonderful experience with any other hair. Besides you having great customer service, you fill my appointments and expedite your services in a timely fashion. You definitely have a loyal customer and I will utilize your services in the future.? more

I have always been one to change my hair up 3/15/2011

I have always been one to change my hair up, cutting it constantly until I realized there was not much left to cut, so I went the other way and got hair extensions put in. Vita did a perfect job matching the color of my hair to the extensions and with so little hair to work with did a seamless job. I am amazed, as is everyone else with how perfect the extensions blend with my natural hair. I have not only recommended Vita to my friends but I can see that I will definitely use her services again in the futre! more

Vita did a superb job at helping me 3/14/2011

Vita did a superb job at helping me choose the lace wig that was right for me. I was a little nervous at first with the hair being so long that it would tangle. But the quality of the hair is top notch and no one knows that I am wearing a wig at all. I am able to pull it back into ponytails and even up high and no one knows it’s not my hair. Thank you Vita for helping me find something I am very comfortable with. more

I have 22 inches of hair added to my hair 3/10/2011

Vita does a fabolous service with hair weaves. I have 22 inches of hair added to my hair and it has not tangled not once! My hair still looks great after 2 weeks, and I will be back soon for a shampoo and style. more

I met with Vita for a free initial consultation 3/7/2011

I met with Vita for a free initial consultation for my hairloss and she recommended I get a top piece Lace Front Wig instead of a full wig. It was really nice seeing the top piece on my head, as it was a very natural fit to my own hair. Without a doubt Vita’s Hair Studio is the best private salon in the Maryland area and it is also provided me an effective escape from everyday stress. I was very impressed about the high quality of the hair, and the lace wig is very light weight and natural looking. more
