This was my first visit to Vitality Wellness Spa. I bought a voucher from Buywithme for a 60-minute facial. Kayla is a great esthetician-- friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I've had a facial before that hurt and felt awkward, but at Vitality Kayla made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I truly felt that Kayla understood what my skin needed and treated it properly, without trying to sell me add-ons or anything like that (other spas have done that to me before). I would definitely go here again for another facial. I can't wait until the Wilmington location opens up! :) Thanks Vitality! more

My 1st ever professional massage and spa experience was at Vitality. From my 1st visit to the website, to the 1st phone conversation w/Christina, I knew instantly Vitality was indeed the place for me. As soon as I arrived before I even entered the spa, I could feel my senses immersed by the aroma of essential oils and felt instant calm which grew even more intense with every step closer to the door. Not knowing quite what to expect, Christina welcomed me and was prepared for my visit. I enjoyed some refreshing cucumber water before my massage and proceeded to the Migun bed where I felt a sensation like I was riding an ocean wave of jade rollers up and down my spine from head to toe while listening to relaxing music. Jenn, my therapist is AMAZING! During the Focus Tension massage, she works out the muscles in my neck and releases all of the pain and stored tension there. I love the Detoxifying Seaweed Infusion and the Blissful Steam Canopy, and the warm towels on my feet too! I highly recommend these and especially the Volcanic Stone Massage. Stones are the perfect temperature which make this the ultimate experience! The ambiance of the spa as well as the personal, professional knowledge of all the staff is second to none. I almost forgot to mention the ear candling - wow. Truly a holistic spa, it is intense therapy for my body, mind and spirit.You can feel tension melt away and toxins being released as I enjoy practicing yogic breathing during my massage. Each visit is a unique and new experience even if I have previously had that same particular service there. I love further relaxing and taking in my experience with a delicious cup of herbal tea after my treatment relaxing in my robe and slippers. Vitality's fantastic location is so easy to get to from anywhere, as it is close to the North Shore & Merrimack Valley without having to go into Boston. Vitality is an important part of my wellness program. I recently started regular masssage sessions with Nicole and the healing is impressive. The natural nail treatments are the best! The facials are out of this world because they are all custom made specifically for you. No cookie cutter therapies or feeling of being ""just another client"". I had the Raike Drumming service and it was as if the drummer was drumming into my soul. I felt like we had a true connection. It was as if I had an aura face lift. My friend received the deep tissue massage and told me he felt like a cup of jello, almost like the kid in the commercial who said he felt like a bowl of mush! I'd also like to mention that those two guys did a great job in that commercial. Real handsome guys. Anyways, the place is great and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. I just moved to Reading and had driven by this spa a few times and decided to check it out. I have been there a few times and every time is better then the last. I have had a few different types of massages by different people and they have all been excellent. The staff is friendly and the service is personalized. On their web site you pick what music you like and essentail oils and what your health issues are. When you get there the place is a spa atmosphere but not too stuffy. More organic and relaxed. They have excellent products. You can also book the massage table before or after your treatment for 10-30 minutes and it is great, really gets you loosened up for the treatment. They have all the extra touches of high end Newbury Street without the drive or high prices. Their menu is extensive and treatments are unique. Pros: good location, great services and friendly staff Cons: none that I can see more

I was surprised that such a fantastic spa is in Reading! My therapist did a fine job: she explained everything in advance, made it comfortable and interesting in addition to providing the service itself. I've already made another appointment! Pros: Very Extensive Menu - They do Everything!! more

I was just interested in picking up a price list and maybe recieving a tour of the new facility. I know now that I will never return for an actual service. While the environment was passable, the conduct of one of the employees instantly turned me off. There was loud inappropriate conversation going on without any regard for my presence. Cons: Loud personal discussion amongst employees. more
