I went today for an hour long massage. The massage therapist was using very light pressure. When she asked about how the pressure was I asked her to use more. This did little good. The room looked like a business office, and the light from outside the room shown in through the tinted glass. This made it extremely difficult to relax. The first massage was 60/per hour and goes up to 90/hour. Even for 60 I wouldn't suggest it to a friend. Maybe I just got a not so good therapist! I would just think twice about spending money here! I must be insane with gas prices what they are, but I drive from Long Beach to Irvine at least every 6 months for dental cleanings. And sometimes when I'm in the area, like at South Coast Plaza, I'll cruise in for a massage. \r \r Dr. Bui is the best dentist ever and their dental techs will hook you up with Breath Rx and some sort of lip treatment for nothing extra. Flat screens all over the office and over each dental chair. Insurance covers it all. The massages...trust me, they're freakin' great. Pros: Friendly, upscale service more

Something DIFFERENT is going on at Vitalae...\r \r They call themselves a ""Dental and Wellness SPA"". Of course, being an average 35-y.o. male from nor cal, I have no clue what that means. I was thinking they've got hot tubs in the back! Nope...sorry.\r \r What they do have is an exceptional dentist and staff, posh amenities, a stunning new office, and a menu of services as mysterious as the front office girl. I really dug the free bottled water and power-cookies. While I was there, I got a massage, talked to a psychologist, got some nutrition advice, and almost got some acupuncture. \r \r Who would''ve thought that seeing the dentist could be paired with getting a massage? Sounds crazy I know, but I came outta there feeling like a million bucks. See you soon Vitalae!
