Best cut and color I've had in a long time 11/25/2011

I recently went to Visual Changes Salon which was recommended to me by the Aveda store in Columbia MD. Lisa did an amazing job cutting and coloring my hair. Probably the best I've ever had and gave me exactly what I was looking for, which is hard to find! I highly recommend this salon and was so grateful they could fit me in before Thanksgiving! more

Great facial 11/20/2011

Fran is an excellent esthetician with a nice touch (important in facials and massages!). The experience was a lovely one, i.e. I felt relaxed and pampered. I am not convinced that Aveda products (which I love for my hair) produce the most stunning results on my skin. But, as a whole package, the facial at Visual Changes is top notch. more

Another great experience! 11/12/2011

I am once again pleased with the service I received while at Visual Changes. Lat time I came, I had a 60 minute massage, and this time I got highlights/ lowlights and a hair cut. Erin did my hair and she was not only great at what she does, but very friendly. I will return! Thanks! more

1st visit 10/17/2011

I did not receive a tour of spa. I questioned that facial was given before massage...and my concern was laying face down for massage....when I left--I did have ALL the wrinkles from the towel from lying face down for the massage - AFTER my facial. My experience has been to get massage service first -- to avoid just that. However, the staff was very pleasant. more

Very Nice Salon 10/10/2011

I have had 3 or so visits to Visual Changes, after searching for a good salon being new to area, I am thrilled I found this one. All the staff is super nice, you feel pampered the minute you sit down. All the stylists seem to be really good too. more

A thoroughly enjoyable experience 10/9/2011

I had my first facial at Visual Changes yesterday. Everyone there made me feel relaxed and at home and were very helpful. Fran did an excellent facial which proved to have immediate results! I've always loved Aveda products and I'm delighted that there's an Aveda salon so close to home. I will be back! more

Best place I've found and it's AVEDA! 10/8/2011

I've been going to VC for about a year or so now after searching for a new place upon moving to Maryland. My first stylist was awesome, but she left after awhile I assume to move closer to her family. Now I'm going to Krystal and my first experience with her was awesome! She was very informative during the entire process of doing my hair, which made me feel completely comfortable. She gave me tips on how to make my hair healthier and my hair is healthy, but hot tools can damage it in between visits. Anyway, I love my new color and cut. I definitely recommend going! more

Fabulous service as always from all of the staff starting with Katie and Fran at the front desk, Erin for my shampoo and blowdrying, and Sarah for my cut and color. The staff at Visual Changes is fantastic and really cares about their clients... and when you leave your hair looks gorgeous! more

I just received a massage from Amanda and it was great! This salon/spa is so close to ellicott city but tucked out of the way. Great parking, easy access to Rt. 40., MULTIPLE services... I will definate;y be coming back! more
