Vista Village Dental

They have changed all the staff and I have to say I'm thankful they did!! The old front office woman was horrible and rude but this new girl is really nice!! They just need to get it together with a dentist and I'll be a happy camper! more

To start my visit I was greeted very politely by the young man and woman at the front desk. I was seated directly when my appointment was assigned. I was kindly asked for my information (such as drivers license and insurance card) for verification. After my information was verified the dental assistant kindly explained exactly what procedures that were going to be done. The dentist arrive and was very caring and gentle. After my work was done I was directed back to the kind receptionist who set another appointment for me and I was on my way. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. more

I recently changed insurance companies and this was the dentist that they sent me to. I was very skeptical because I had been with my past dentist for a good 5 years and was nervous about changing. I came in for a cleaning and had the most wonderful and fast service I have had before. I got X-rays done and a cleaning from the hygienist before having the doctor look at my teeth. The hygienist Carolina was very gentle as well as the doctor. The two women up at the front desk were very friendly and cute as they helped me through being a new patient and got me back to the room fast. I would highly recommend this dentist for anyone that is skeptical about going just because they don’t want to try a new dentist. Dr. Kach is a very great doctor! more

I have been going to the vista village dental group for 5 years now. The staff is wonderful and always so friendly. I bring my entire family here. They are so great with my kids; of I have a very big sweet tooth so I have had many fillings and crowns done with no pain or problems whatsoever. From the front office, the technicians, dentists, this office makes going to the dentist as pleasurable as it can be love you guys keep the good work. Dr. Kach Micheal is really awesome. I moved here from Chicago a year ago and had some trouble finding a good dentist here since I had an established dentist back home who was very trustworthy and didn't try to sell me on anything. Well thank god for yelp..seriously. I went to vista village dental group about a month ago for a teeth cleaning. Not only was his assistant very friendly but Dr. Kach Micheal was really cool, down to earth and I knew I could trust him with my teeth. Keep up the great work Dr Kach Micheal I will be back in 6 months! more

I am terrified of dentists and hadn't been to one in years. Last year I went to Vista Village Dental and the Dr. Yashari was so nice and GENTLE! His staff was extremely friendly and catered to my nervousness. I actually had a meltdown in the chair and they turned on some relaxing music for me and sat with me talking me thru it. They really put me at ease. The dentist talked me thru the entire procedure so I was aware of each thing that is going on inside my mouth. In past year Dr. Yashari has always able to fix any problem, and did it beautifully. His entire office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And I’m not kidding when I say that now I actually ENJOY going to the dentist! He is one of a kind and anyone who is skeptical about dentists as many people are, go to Dr. Yashari, you will not regret it. Pros: Honest, Cost Cons: open 3 days a week more

My mother was referred to Vista Village by our insurance. Once she was in the chair Dr. Yashari was extremely pushy on performing all the services he claimed was needed on that first visit ( not giving her time to think). He extracted 4 teeth (which our previous dentist had said they needed only fillings) in order to force my mother to need both upper and lower partials. The office manager also pushed my mother into obtaining care credit. Once the credit was opened, they took out all the money that was available without actually performing any of the services. Once we contacted them regarding the money they were rude and refused to accept any of our phone calls! It has been about three months now and still no refund!!! We now have to seek legal action!! Please don't go to this dentist or you will be sorry!!! Cons: too many more
