I called to get a quote for tickets to London and the agent said she would call me back with what she could find, I never got a call back! Even if she couldn't find any flights (which I doubt) she should have at least called to let me know. When I was on the phone with her she didn't even sound interested in helping me, I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. more
