I am so happy to be the new Manager at Vista Alegre Apts! This community has been greatly mis-managed in the past and I am happy to bring my experience and knowledge to the table. I have been in this business for more than a decade and am very knowledgable about all applicable state landlord/resident relation laws, Fair Housing, contract law, etc. It is my goal to change the reputation of Vista Alegre by action and not just words! We have an excellent response time from our maintenance dept. (in fact most work orders are done the same day). At times work orders can take longer if we have to wait on parts or contractors of if the problem is very complicated- this is the case ANYWHERE. I believe that we are the ONLY community in town that actually contracts out a pest control company to PHYSICALLY CERTIFY our apartments as pest free before anyone moves into their new home. The pest problem this community sufferred through is a thing of the past. As far as paper thin walls are concerned, from direct experience I know that the new construction these days is far worse than our older buildings. In any apt. community, you will be able to hear some day to day noise- when it becomes excessive, that's when a decent management team needs to step in and attempt to correct the problem. Look, you can't beat the convenient location & you can't beat our affordable rents. Living here means you get a clean, comfortable apartment home with A RESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM. Not only that, you also get a fitness center, outdoor pool, playgrounds, basketball courts, courtesy patrol, 24-hour emergency maintenance and newer community policies that enforce our commitment to keep a clean and peaceful community.
