TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 12/28/2011

This was the WORST care for my father!!!! Especially the alleged housekeeping. Their list of what they won't do is much longer than the list of what they will do! We had housekeeping come 2 times per week. It was always a pain! RARELY was the worker on time, & at times she never even showed up, & NO CALL to say she wasn't coming! She also did disgusting things like wash the toilet & take the same rag into my kitchen to wipe the counters! Disgusting! She was also terrible at following orders, I told her there was a dust mop for the wood floors & after that she was to use a rag mop & bucket of water, & ""Bona"" floor cleaner, all you do is spray it & wet mop it, easy right? Not for her! I caught her not dust mopping or sweeping 1st & taking my DUST MOP & spraying the Bona & dust mopping it up! (No water.) I think they hire the dumbest people for housekeeping! As for the nurse, she was ghost nurse, you rarely saw her. Needless to say I didn't keep them long. Also for this terrible housekeeping, they can only stay 1 1/2 hours at a time & want $15.00 co-pay for their terrible job! My alleged housekeeper also would make half hour personal phone calls on MY time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! more
