Nobody knows there what is going on. My prescription glasses frame broke and nobody knew anything about the manufacturer’s warranty policy and tried to sell me knew frames even when I told them what the policy is from the manufacturer’s web site. It took number of phone calls to manufacturer to make Lens Crafter take care of the problem. It seems like there is no customer service and once you gave them your money they don’t care. It was last time when I visited the store that is for sure.
