I realize that they are in business to make LOTS of money, but I felt like I was in a three ring circus or maybe a cattle drive. From the time I arrived I felt rushed to through the process. If they'd slow down just a little bit, they might actually get things right the FIRST time. They misplaced my order, then they cut the lenses on the next pair incorrectly, then they lost my wife's order TWICE. At some point, the ""savings"" they offer become secondary to the hassle. Just sayin'
