Terrible place! they lost my file, called and cancelled my appointment the night before because the doctor was going out of town, refused to give me another trial pair of contacts when mine ripped and I couldn't order more since they wouldn't give me my prescription until my follow-up, which they canceled on! I will never return to them ever again! more
