This place has really gone downhill in the last few years. Very expensive, very poor customer service. I bought glasses for my child for $300 (not including $65 exam). The glasses broke at the nosepiece less than 90 days later. VisionPoint said they were not repairable, and the glasses weren't under warranty so there was ""nothing"" they could do (a warranty costs extra and isn't included in the price). They did offer to sell me a replacement frame at a discount... still close to $75. $300 glasses that didn't last 90 days (my child does not play sports, these glasses broke through normal wear & tear), and not even an apology. Bottom line: they don't stand behind their (very expensive) products. I've purchased eyeglasses here before but won't do so again.
