Horrible Service 8/7/2007

I've been going to this place for several years, I have gotten eye exams from two doctors, and bought glasses as well as contact lenses from them. My current doctor, Dr. Warner is FANTASTIC! I absolutely love him, which is the only reason why I continue to patronize this horrible business. The sales staff is absolutely atrocious. They are rude, inconsiderate, deceptive and impossible to deal with. I have had several problems with the sales staff. They charge outrageous amounts for contacts, I found another store that sold my contacts for much less, but when I tried to request a copy of my perscription...the store manager WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME! I practically had to threaten legal action. The sales staff are deceptive about insurance coverage, so make sure you know your benefits. In emergencies the staff are completely unhelpful, so I would request a copy of your perscription before you leave the store. I truely would reccomend Dr. Warner but I will never purchase glasses or contacts fr more

You can expect to be pampered at this boutique eye and glasses shop. The doctor is extremely friendly and personable. Glasses selection is modern and chic with great assistance when choosing out the right frames. Some of the designer frames can be quite expensive, but generally the quality matches the price. more
