Great Customer Service, Reasonable Prices 4/18/2011

I was sorry to read the one negative review, because our family has had nothing but positive experiences with Vision World. First, they are in the neighborhood and the staff are extremely helpful and responsive. My daughter needed distance glasses because she couldn't see the chalkboards in school - we had them in a day - and I lost my distance glasses and they worked with me to find a replacement that would fit my custom dark-lens clips. I shopped a discount store to compare, and the prices were the same at Vision World. more

worst experience, one mistake after another 9/14/2008

my wife and I both went for eye exams, glasses and contacts. because I have poor vision it takes longer for my contacts to arrive, when they did arrive they were the wrong prescription. I had a longer wait ahead of me. My glasses were not thinned down as requested and were expensive and fell apart. I paid about 1000 total for everything and not one thing went right. I would never go to this place again. unprofessional, lack of experience. ended getting contacts somewhere else and requested a refund after a long long wait. Pros: close to home Cons: everything else more
