When my son needed glasses we were referred to Rio Eye Care by his Dr.. All of the staff was extremely helpful to my son who is only 7. They were patient for over an hour and a half walking him through all the eye tests, and teaching him how to care and use his glasses. When they got a little loose they refitted them no charge. When his glasses were broken they were more than helpful in getting a new pair under warranty.
You get what you pay for and we will continue as a customer of Rio.
