Vision Music

My daughter has been taking guitar lessons with Vision for just under 2 yrs now, and she is loving it. Her teacher is excellent and he lets her play her music i.e. they listen to the iPod pick out a song and learn it. She never appreciated lessons in the past as the instructors always wanted her to learn from a book. We love that the instructor comes to the house as this has worked with our busy schedule (she is a high school senior now), and we will miss him when she goes off to school. We highly recommend their services! more

My Son has been taking lessons with Vision Music for 2yrs now and loves it! Our instructor is extremely polite, patient with our son Mathew and is a terriffic guitarist. My Husband and I both have demanding schedules so the fact that they come to us couldn't be better. Another reason I prefer Vision Music is that they're so Innovative. They offer Summer Camps, they have a Performance Club and they Sponor a Open Mic. which puts me in the know. Therefore i don't have to worry about much.They make it easy. Vision Music is by far one of the best music education companies in Atlanta today. Their teachers come to your house and are very flexible with their scheduling. My guitar teacher from Vision is always extremely polite, professional, and always maintains extremely high standards for me and my music. I started with Vision a few months ago and the sign up was very easy. I had my guitar lessons scheduled within two days of calling to inquire about lessons. The rates are extremely reasonable for quality music education and in several cases I've heard of people going to a private teacher's home and paying more for less time (not to mention a lot less convenience). They offer some jam nights at a local venue, which are good (and free for students). Plus, we're looking at their summer camp, which looks like a better offering than the typical ""let's get together and jam"" camp. Pros: real mentoring, they come to you more

Vision Music is the greatest!!! I've had lessons before but was still a novice player and I was apprehensive because I'm an adult with experience songwriting so I needed to really be able to learn things that I could apply to my life and not years of do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti-do-esque lessons. Winston is the truth!!! I can pick his brain on anything from scales to progressions to riffs and licks and he not only makes sense of my madness but he then introduces me to the application of my ideas so that I can learn it for myself. Additionally, Vision's musicians come to you...in ATL traffic...it's a no brainer. I would recommend Vision Music to anyone!!! Pros: You are able to apply the things that you learn immediately. more

Winston is so wonderful for our 4 year-old son. The lessons are geared to his ability and perfectly challenging for him. It's evident that he is passionate about his profession and my family is the beneficiary. Lessons at home are the ideal solution for busy families. It is the ultimate in convenience. more

Excellent teacher! Great rapport with his students. He is personable and professional, a fine musician - a great role model and inspiration. Reasonable rates, great convenience of in-home lessons and flexible scheduling. Maintains high level of musicianship and committment to learning and mastery of the instrument.
