Staff
First of all, every staff member I came in contact with was very nice and pleasant to be around, even late in the day when we all want to go home. They all seem to have communicated well, and knew what was going on with my car at all times, even when I called in. This shows that the staff as a whole actually cares about their customers/jobs.
Work
Their work exceeded my expectations. I had extensive damage to my front quarter panel and to my wheel well to the point that my car was practically not drivable. Furthermore, I had deep scratches going along the whole side of my car and some damage to my back bumper. I also had some serious scuff marks on the opposite side of my car. When I got my car back I couldn't tell anything had happened. All of the paint was blended well, and all of the parts were quality, even though I asked them to find me aftermarket parts. If they order an aftermarket part and it does not meet their expectations, they will send it back. I never mentioned the scuff marks on the opposite side to them, because I did not want to pay for cosmetic issues out of pocket. They buffed them out for free without me even asking!! There is no other place that would take the time to do things like this! Any other place would charge at least $150, their work would probably be worse.
Pricing
I paid for all of my work out of pocket. After many quotes and extensive research, Vision Collision was the only place that would give me a different quote than what they would charge when working with insurance companies. They excluded minor, but sometimes expensive details that they would usually do to complete the job perfectly. Even with these details excluded, the job still looked perfect to me. The price I paid for the work was more than reasonable. I could find slightly cheaper prices at places like Maaco, but Vision Collision's quality of work FAR surpasses that of Maaco (I speak from experiences). If you want reasonable prices and excellent work with attention to detail, go to Vision Collision!
