Pros: cant find any Cons: rip off more

I have been wearing glasses for many years and this is my first bad experience with an optical business. I purchased a pair of glasses and had the exam done there, my out of pocket after the insurance was $395. The first time they made the glasses, I saw double. They remade them. Second time, I couldn't see well with their prescription. Third time with a new precription and I'm having trouble with the bifocal. Bottom line, one month and three tries later I'm not a happy camper. So I'm on my way to another optical place to have them remade again. Do your research and choose wisely. Pros: There was ample parking, and nice frames. Cons: They did not make my glasses correctly and had to remake them, total of three times. more

I have never had glasses before, and did not know what to expect and I was totally taken advantage of. I have had three different pairs of lenses made because the people there are so incompetant they can't get it right. I have spent over 200 dollars over and above my insurance to get the only decent frames I could find. My prescription has been changed three times by these people, I have made several appointments with the optometrist and I have only seen him once, I keep getting pushed off to some assistant who thinks he knows how to diagnose my prescription without an exam and has changed my prescription without the doctors knowledge because it's what he thinks is right. I am so disgusted with these people, my eyes have actually gotten worse and I would not recommend these people to anyone. Stay away!!! The staff is pushy and will tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale, all they want is your money, because they do not offer refunds and there is no recourse for a dissatisfied customer.
