I found Visalia Plumbing here on the internet for my mother who is up north from where i live. I wanted to make sure she was taken care of by a reputable company since i could not be there. After reading the reviiews here i had her call them and they came out the next day and fixed her hot water heater instead of pressuring her to buy a new heater. Pros: null Cons: null more

I absolutely hands down would recommend this company. The employees are trustworthy and reliable. I have always had wonderful experiences with the Visalia Plumbing crew! The owners Mike and Gail Finn are wonderful people! more

I would not hire Visalia Plumbing, or rely on the testimony of a secretary or employee of a company that does not know the intricate details of their work. I made the mistake of hiring Visalia Plumbing for a Kitchen remodel. After Drywall was installed and finish surfaces applied to the interior of the Kitchen it was discovered the sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator had not been plumbed to the cold water lines. The Kitchen only had hot water at scalding temperatures. I paid for the work completed in full. \r \r If Visalia Plumbing would like to reimburse me for the cost of the work that was not done correctly, and for having to tear apart a kitchen after it was completed, I would consider retracting my statement. \r \r With the exorbitant amount of money I was charged, and the poor quality of haphazard, quickly, done work, I can see they are still in business because not enough people have read the reviews of their work. I find the "do not hire" review highly suspicious. I work in our office everyday , I did not recieve any complaints of this magnitude. I do believe if a customer is this dissatified they would have called us and let their complaints be known. I am a construction Manager. Mike Finn and his son in law, Robert, were not able to install plumbing in a bathroom correctly, and have caused more damage than good. The repair bill to fix their plumbing work was three times the cost of the installation. A second plumbing company had to be hired to repair the work done by Visalia Plumbbing.\r \r On another project the business attempted to try and bill $2000 for the installation of 10 feet of PVC Pipe in a wall.\r \r They are negligent, incompetent, and will use every opportunity to attempt to fraudulently bill their work. more

We had our Main line to the house break and had to have the pipes dug up.The man dug a huge hole and didn't take a break.I was impressed.He came well prepared and organized.He even explained what he was doing to my 7 yr son who supervised.I thought that was super nice. more
