I just got my car inspected yesterday and it was done in the fastest amount of time that I have ever gotten it done. My family only ever goes to this Shell station and we all think that after the renovations that it looks amazing. We do miss talking to all the mechanics when we would drop our car off however.\r more

I went early to drop off my car for state inspections and was pleasantly surprised when the guy at the counter said that my car would be taken back immediately. So I decided to wait and I am glad I did. Within 15 minutes, I was back in my car and on my way running errands. Although I was lucky, there were other people that came in after I did that had to wait longer to get their cars inspected.\r \r more

I have been coming to tire plus for several years now. And when I am asked if I know a place that are honest and reliable I recommend tire plus. I always get the best customer service from Mr. Edson via phone and face to face. He listen to me and after they inspect my vehicles he recommends what I must fix right away, and on what I could wait on for the next visit. This makes me feel as if he is my friend and looking after me and not looking after my money. Because of this I will continue to take my vehicles to Tire Plus and I will recomend it to anybody that ask Pros: null Cons: null more

great staff 4/20/2012

With the new management,I am still in the stage of getting to know the staff. For me it is VERY important for the staff to know their customers. At this point, I am NOT known by all of the staff. The oil change was performed correctly, however, they Sonata takes only 4.4 quarts of oil in a change. They did put the correct amount of oil in the car but failed to return the unused oil. I brought my own oil to put in the car. The remainder of oil would be about $4 more
