As usual, the fast, courteous customer service was on their game as I came in for an inspection. The team got me in and out and even replaced 2 small bulbs for me in under 18 minutes. Well done! more

No wasted time 2/27/2014

I came in for a state inspection, in the final week of the month, but I was able to go right to the front of the line, get what I needed, and be on my way quickly. One suggestion--instead of mailing coupons to regular customers, why not automatically reduce the price of things like inspections, oil changes, etc., for repeat business? more

Been going to the Parkhurst location for 3+ years now, and everytime they are always very professional. If I have an issue they explain it to me and give me the best options, not just the options that are best fot them. New store decor is great, and I loved the refreshment counter, great addition! more

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on this visit is because I took the van back a week later only to be told I needed two Tyres why wasn't this mentioned at the time of the inspection? more

I use the service for about 8 years to my great satisfaction. And it is getting better with time. I think they are honest about their business, not so typically in the industry. They make honest suggestions about keeping your car in shape without being forceful or intrusive. more
