Allstate is the BEST! 4/13/2011

My parents have had Allstate forever. When I moved to Chicago, of course I looked for a local agent. My realtor recommended I get a condo quote from Virginia. Her office was pleasant to deal with and they did a thorough job of explaining options and coverages to me instead of just selling me a basic policy. I'm sure the commision she made on my $200/yr condo policy was nominal which is why I was pleasantly suprised they spent a lot of time with me. I guess they're looking at future potential business from me. more

Allstate is my Friend 2/24/2011

Ok, sometimes even a minor accident can be pretty tramatic, esp. if its the first time. I've been insured with Virginia for the past 5-6 years. I recently had my first auto accident due to the blizzard of 2011. I was surprised at how attentive her & her staff were in handling my claim They showed a lot of empathy and a follow up phone call was a nice touch. I just wish other driver's in Chicago were as considerate. more
