I'd give them 0 stars if I could!
Let's see, they file a claim with insurance 2 years after the date of service, then try to charge the patient for their lack of timely filing. Their phone number has been busy for a week solid. Are they a legitimate business? Who knows? You can't reach them to speak with an actual account representative and clearly their attention to detail leaves something to be desired.
Cons: Can't do their job on time and their phones don't work!
