On time, courteous and fast. They had everything (1BR) - including all furniture in blankets and had it in the truck in about an hour. Including travel got everything moved in 2hrs and 15 minutes for $400 plus tip. I will definitely use them again. The only caveat is you have to pay in cash which seems odd, but whatever. more

Many Many Thanks for Virginia Beach Movers 1/13/2011

Used Virginia Beach Movers for my move in last week. These guys were great, running up and down a move from a 3rd floor place to a 2nd floor place (and being their 2nd move of the day). They beat their estimated time. Good value and good thinkers on alternative plans if you run into snafus on your moving day. Plan to use them next time. Thank you movers. more

Honest to god, the greatest experience 7/13/2010

Moving is hugely stressful. Hiring movers is a luxury, but you do it because, let's be honest, none of your friends REALLY want to help you. These guys came recommended to me by a discerning friend who's opinion I trust. I would use them again in a minute. Bottom line: this team is AMAZING. Pros: great team Cons: nothing bad more

These guys were great! They were very professional yet friendly. I called them in a panic 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive at my apartment b/c my street was being shut down for a parade and they calmly told me that they'd find a way to still move my stuff into my new apartment. Many-many thanks for your GREAT service 6/15/2010

Virginia Beach Movers did a great job. They responded to my email almost immediately, and gave me a very accurate estimate. They came on time, got right to work, and worked quickly and efficiently. The guys were great about finding legal parking spots (to avoid ticket fees) and were excellent about maximizing space in their van (which seems to hold as much as a truck). Even with the great job they did, Virginia Beach Movers was cheaper than anyone else I contacted, which saved me several hundred dollars. I was so happy with them that I recommended them to my mother, who also happened to be moving the next week. She was thrilled with them as well. Cheapest , reliable local moving service in Virginia Beach 6/9/2010

this company was recommended by my colleague who was raving about the movers and now i know why. The movers were super fast and courteous and impressed my wife and my friends. i moved a fully furnished three bedroom house and i wasn't sure if they can finish it in one day but to my surprise they were in and out in six and half hours. they did an excellent job packing my expensive TV's, china cabinets and up right piano. Lowest rates and Really careful service 6/5/2010

Lowest hourly rates in Virginia Beach; try finding lower. These guys are quick, friendly, trustworthy, and have handled all of my belongings with care. They have moved me into two homes and will move me into my next. Worth every penny for those who move a lot and don't have the time, manpower, or saved up ""friend helper"" moving credits. Best LONG distance moving service in Virginia Beach 5/20/2010

Ron and Scott did an absolutely top-class job of moving my furniture from Washington D.C. to Virginia Beach. They provided an exceptionally professional service - everything was shrink-wrapped and expertly moved with NO one scratch. Very efficient and reasonable rates, too. Plus, they are both great guys - very approachable, easy to talk to & they leave you totally at ease that your move is in safe hands. I will definitely use them again if I will move locally, and have already recommended them to a couple of friends. Nice job guys! I will definitely use Virginia-Beach-Movers for my move 5/13/2010

Ronnie and Nick from Virginia-Beach-Movers were exceptional in moving my downsized house to a one-bedroom apartment rental. They were courteous and efficient, and did everything within the accurately estimated time. Of course, it helps that I was well-organized before Moving Day, and I had already given away half my furniture and stored half my boxes in a friend's basement. So my particular move was relatively light.
