I get my oil changed here frequently, never have to wait a long time and they always let me know if they see something wrong. more

my recent expierience 8/26/2011

let down and used as usual after taking my 1200 dollars car still not right and tried to get more money out of me at that..I specifically asked to be told if the car was worth it and was told yes then i get it back and check engine light comes on then the guy tells me it could not have been forseen but just give him 90 more dolars for yet another diagnostic, and he will figure out the problem duh how stupid do you think I am you already got me for 90 for the first diagnostic... just another rip off as usual the guy even charged me 18 dollars for a light bulb after getting me for 12oo dollars the week before but your customers will never know any of this but just know that i will not spend one more penny at your shop ever more

State Inspection 8/21/2011

I called the day before for an early morning appointment for the following day and was granted exactly what I needed. I was in and out in a snap. I always love to get serviced there and will continue to support VA Automotive and refer my family and friends. more

Excellent Service! 8/11/2011

My truck was taken in exactly at my appointment time. I had a problem with my A/C and it was a fan clutch. Further driving could have caused damage to my engine costing way more. I was very happy with the time they took to diagnose and the waiting area and restroom was spotless! I purchased a Car Care Club package and I will be saving a lot of money this year on my regular maintenance. The advisors were knowledgable and friendly. I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else! more

Essentially $170 for an Oil Change 8/7/2011

I was charged an exorbitant amount of money for a few futile tests, after previously being charged $700 for a new pressure regulator (market-wise, a new pressure regulator is less than $200). That did not solve the issue, even though they guaranteed it was the fault. After all this, my car now runs at an extremely high idle rate, and I no longer feel safe driving my car. more

Oil Change/Inspection 8/1/2011

I had a 9:00 am appointment on a Saturday to have a oil change and yearly car inspection. There were other customers coming in and I was very pleased that I was done by 10:00 am. Great Job! more

Customer Service 7/7/2011

I wasn't sure if they would be open on July 4th, I called on Sat the 2d, they were already closed though & I didn't leave a message. Had a call from Ed on Sunday! He had gone in to the shop, saw I'd called & returned my call to make sure everything was ok & that I wasn't having any problems-then told me to come on in Tues for my oil change! Oil change was done & I was out of there in no time. Thanks for the great customer service for the past 10 years or so! more

Great Service 7/4/2011

Called on Friday Morning and asked if I could get an oil change. Jim said bring it in at 10:30 or 11 a.m. They were very busy that day (July 1st), but I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Now THAT'S service !!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Scheduled appt and truck was taken in on time. While truck was there a problem that could have caused me serious issues was identified and gave me options on what I could do to fix it. more

Front Shock Installation 5/3/2011

Unlike some shops, Virginia Automotive will install your parts. In this case, I brought 2 Bilstein front shocks to be installed. I was there at 8:00 and got out at 10:00, exactly the estimated time. No compaints! I have been having work done at Virginia Automotive for a number of years. I also do some work myself, such as oil changes, so I am not clueless on what good auto care should look like. more

Fast and efficienct service ... called Thursday morning to say I'd drop off my car at 4:30 p.m. Called at 4 p.m. the next day ... everyting was done and my car was ready. Coupons and Car Care discounts REALLY help !!!! more

My first experience 4/10/2011

You have a quality person in charge of your counter in Jim. He is very efficient and courteous. Your technicians work at an very efficient rate as well,as the emptied the waiting room of waiting customers a lot quicker than I had anticipated. Unfortunately,after getting my van back,the steering wheel began to wobble when I got up to 55 mph. I immediately called Jim,to let him know I would be back 1st thing Monday morning.to be continued more
