Virgil's Auto Body is extremely awesome. As a female and a single parent, I've always gone there. The men there are super nice, compassionate, and they don't rip you off. They treat you as if you're a mother or a wife. They were really good with my adolescent who was just in an accident. I told them to show him what to do, and they taught him everything and made sure he understood. more

Virgil's Auto Body Repair & Paint: Insurance Approved Shop is just wonderful! Virgil is the best and so is everybody there. They're honest! They immediately got on it, and told me when it would be ready. I trust them because I've had them work for me before. Joe and Jim, and the guys--I already know them all from going there. They're just so nice! I know they will take care of it. The prompt in getting to me. I do have the car back, and it's perfect! It looks like it was never hit, and it looks wonderful. They even washed it for me! I didn't expect that because it was really dirty. I've never experienced such good service anywhere else. They have a good work ethic, and get along with other people! Virgil's Auto Body Repair & Paint always does a great job. They are excellent. This most recent case had to do with our bumper, which was bent out of shape. They replaced the bumper and repainted it, and it looks great now, it's all fixed and looks like a stock car. Plus, they are convenient to where we live, so it's an easy shop to get to. The people at Virgil's Auto Body Repair & Paint were just very reasonable. They listened really well, and a lot of people don't nowadays. Their customer service is excellent. They even shortened the time that I would need to have the rental car, which I thought was really considerate. My car got hit from behind and Virgil's Auto Body Repair & Paint replaced the trunk and painted the sides to match. My car looks brand new. I had mentioned that there was a dent on my bumper and got a quote for it. They even popped that and didn't charge me! The quality of the work is perfect. more

Absolutely wonderful. They did some repairs on my car way back in 2006 and when I went back this year, they fixed the chipped painting under warranty. They have always been very reliable and good. I highly recommend them to anybody. more

Virgil's Auto Body Repair & Paint did an excellent job. I can't tell that there was even any damage done to the car. They handled everything at the desk quickly and took care of all the paperwork. They had my car done within a couple of days; I couldn't ask for more. I have used them once before as well, but it was quite some time ago. You will receive quality work if you take it there. more

This last time they gave me a very accurate quote, did the work in the time they said they would, and I was pleased with their work. I have used them around 10 times. I believe them to be very honest and trustworthy. They were competitive price wise when I have received other estimates. They are a good company to work with. more

Virgil's Auto Body Repair & Paint was very knowledgeable. My car was vandalized, and I wasn't sure they were going to be able to get the scratches out and fix the window. I knew they would be able to fix the side mirror just fine, but I was concerned about the scratches. They were able to get them all out without having to go to an actual Honda shop or getting a specialist to do it. They were very nice, and everyone was very informative. They were a pleasure to work with. We had used them years ago, so they were the first people I thought of. They were really quick. They said it would take 3 days, but it was done that same day. They were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. more

Virgil's Auto Body Repair & Paint made everything easy. I have dealt with quite a few body shops in the past, and we had also used Virgil's when we first moved to Thousand Oaks. It was easy then, and they made it even easier. I drove in and didn't even have to sign anything. I didn't have to keep checking on the car. Most auto body shops keep calling to get more information or make you come into the shop, but I didn't have to do anything for Virgil's Auto Body. He knew what to do, and I just had to come in to pick up the car. It was more like dealing with a doctor than a typical auto body shop. It was my daughter's car, and her front end was smashed. It was a really clean looking 1999 Mercedes. Even though it was 11 years old it looked like new. It was really a bummer when it got hit. It has really expensive wheels, and I didn't even know if we were going to be able to find them, but he restored the rim. If anything it looks better than before. He polished all the other rims so that they match. They also replaced the fenders. It looks great. If you have been to a body shop before, you have probably met the typical body shop mechanics. They have very little customer service or public relations. It wasn't like that with Virgil's. He offered everything upfront and gave me all the information I needed.
