Pebble Peak Ridge is a great place to live. Its very faimly and pet friendly. The people here are great and always look after each other. And its under great management since the new owners have taken over. They are always there if you have a problem, and very friendly, they make you feel like your home. just like theres no place like Pebble Peak Ridge. I wouldnt live anywhere else. more

This Management company (as they call it), more like ""money collectors"", who care nothing about there renters only the rent.\r Even when you pay it they cannot keep there paperwork correct, they came to me saying i did'nt pay, then since i had a receipt they said ooo ok,not sorry or anything. When you call with a complaint they never take care of it.\r Pebble Peak Ridge is new for them and they will not enforce any of the rules.\r *Property damage\r *Resident complaints\r *Over capacity of residents- 8 when contract say's 4 persons per house without owner permission- owner must not care about fire or legal codes- or not yet until the county gets involved.. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO RUN YOUR PROPERTY unless you want to loose more renters................... Pros: NOT FOR THE RENTERS Cons: ONLY OUT FOR THEMSELVES more
