Great service, fastest response i have ever received from any company. I actually got what i needed, in less than 24 hours of my request, they took care of my account, and made my appointment again with my doctor. Thanks again for your help and explanation, it helped me a lot. Keep up the great customer service support. more

Vintek took it upon themselves to take money from my account without my authorization. They are very unprofessional to the level of yelling over the phone. Debt Collector with a heart 5/10/2010

for a debt collector Tony Miller tries to be fair and at least asks you for your side of the story. Once things got straightened out he was very helpful getting it off my credit Pros: very helpful, non harrassing more

Great customer service and response to help needed, professional staff. 2/27/2007

I had an unfortunate situation with an old account I had. I contacted the company and they worked with my situation to resolve it. The staff was top notch, a live person answered, no games with voicemails. They were a local company, not off-shore. Great experience with collection agency. more
