Many rental units in need of major repair. Only one parking space per tenant. Units are spacious and date back to 1982. Air conditioning is antiquated and many AC units should be replaced. Energy bills are excessively high as a result. We were misinformed as to pool hours when we signed the lease--pool stays open until 11:00 pm DAILY and management will not change pool hours in spite of complaints. People sneak in at night and make noise and drink until all hours of the morning. There are only two maintenance workers for almost 90 apartments. Getting something repaired is a hassle and you have to keep reminding management, then often they don't show as scheduled. We had severe mold problems caused by water seeping through from apartment above us. The tenants above us are very noisy, have children, and constantly make noise which we can hear. Paula told us that there's nothing she can do and that ""it's between us"". Don't expect much help if you have a dispute with another tenant who is making a ruckus or other disturbing the peace. If you are a family in need of a three bedroom, want a spacious apartment and don't care about the noise then this may be the place for you.
