With the dropping rates, I was trying hard to get a refi but I kept on getting turned down due to lack of enough equity. It seemed hopeless after getting denied by 3 large lenders, who apparently felt I wasn't worth their time. A friend recommended Clint Womack at Vintage Lending. I figure I give it a try before I give up. BBB.org scored them very well, although they are relatively new. Within a day of emailing Clint, his reply was - "We can do a refi and save you money. Let me know what I need to do to earn your business." This last part really stuck with me and was a clear indication that the customer was his priority. The whole process was painless. I had quite a few questions. I'm one of those people that likes to know the details. Clint never complained and took time to answer my questions either through email or on the phone. He's a true professional, who worked pretty quick. Fill out forms, lock in rate, get appraisal done, close the deal, and DONE! My refi closed smoothly within 30 days, with no issues or surprises. Everything was transparent. This is a huge difference than some of the other brokers I've dealt with where you feel like you're dealing with the shady people that are arrogant and treat you with zero respect.
