I went to have my car washed at vintage, I had been there before so I knew the procedures. Left my car by the vacuums and went inside and paid for the wash. Out side I go over to my car where the workers are cleaning the windows and asked if they could wash off the stickers on the rear windows (the stickers were there from a tint that I had done about two weeks prior). They said not a problem so I left them with my vehicle. I guess that was my mistake because the men then took a razor blade to my newly tinted windows. An easy wash off sticker resulted in scratches and pieces of tint removed. As I am about to tip the men for helping me, I then noticed that the tint had been removed in places. I called the manager over to my car and told him that I had not asked for them to use a razor blade, but to simply wash off the sticker. The manager then promised me that the company would fix the problem, and gave me something in writing that also said so. Three days later, after I dropped off the estimate to fix my windows, the owner calls me and informs me that they would not be fixing the windows, giving me some statement about them being after market and they don?t cover the damages, which makes no since to me at all. He then offered me free car washes that would be the same price as the fix to the windows, but that doesn?t fix my problem. I was crying on the phone and the owner said that he didn?t want to talk to me when I was upset, I called back 5 minutes after when I had calmed down and he had left, even though he told me to call back. I am being jerked around by this company, and I will never be taking another vehicle back to them, and I hope that anyone who reads this will not be either. They have horrible customer service skills and refuse to help when they are not making a dollar. If you care about your personal property do not take your vehicle here!!!
